Sonic Acts Biennial 2022 takes place throughout October across Amsterdam, with three weekends of performances, special commissions, workshops, an exhibition and symposium.
The next round of artists and projects set to perform at the Biennial has now been revealed with exciting names added to the sound art programme, Inner Ear(th), at Het HEM and for evening performances at Likeminds and Singelkerk. Newly added artists include Félicia Atkinson, Jessica Ekomane, Leila Bordreuil, Olivia Block, who all present works as part of Sonic Acts’ collaboration with INA GRM for the renowned loudspeaker orchestra Acousmonium, whilst Kali Malone, Lucy Railton & Stephen O’Malley, Sarah Davachi, Samson Young, Music Research Strategies & Dirar Kalash, Debit, Aine O’Dwyer and many others join the line-up.
